USA Memorabilia is a premiere platform featuring United States memorabilia. Just like other collectibles, such as stamps or baseball cards, you are purchasing a unique piece of history.
We only issue refunds for items with manufacturer defects. This includes books, ornaments, and similar items that arrive damaged due to production issues. We do not provide refunds for items damaged by the shipping carrier or due to normal wear and tear.
If you believe your item has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or other documentation to confirm the issue before issuing a refund or replacement.
